Eggplus

Eggplus , the egg roll maker..

wanted to buy this egg roll maker so much since a years ago but the price seem killing...
last year, the price is selling about rm125-rm80... the price seems expensive for me so i decided to give up, until i saw it 2 days ago at watson...
by buying 1 of their watson stuff, u r able to bought this eggplus home with only rm39.90...
without thinking, i bought it..
hahaha...
love this toy ...really easy to b used... i think kids can cook with this too...
u can add anything u like into the eggs..
all u need to do is jus crack your egg,pour it into the maker n wait it pop up in minutes...

Detox water seems famous lately for weight loss...
trying to weight loss or u simply wan to feel healthier, no harm to have a try...
so i decided to go for it....
 its all about combinations of fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs immersed cold water...

what u need :-
1-2 liter of water (depend on how strong u want it to taste)
blueberries
1 lemon
part of 1 cucumber
fresh mint leaves ( about 10-13)
ice cubes

Whole Tomato Rice


Whole tomato rice seems so popular lately...
n its really easy n oh ya, it taste good...

so i decided to have a try n ya...really easy n delicious...

all u need...

2 cups uncooked pre-washed rice
1 tomato
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. olive oil

Directions:
1. Wash rice.
2. Place the rice in a pot and add water to the appropriate level indicated in the pot.
3. Remove 6 tbsp. of water from the pot (for the water amount of tomato), then add salt, pepper, and olive oil, and mix well.
4. Remove the tomato stem (and the bottom if you want) and place it in the pot.
5. Place the pot into the rice cooker. Cover and press the button to start.
6. When it's done, toss the rice lightly using a rice paddle, then serve.

It is very good as is, but you can also top with cheese or adding more veggies .

no bake oreo cheesecake


my very 1st attempt on doing this unbake oreo cheesecake...

all u need ... :-

crust :-
8 pcs or more ( for base to b more thick ) oreo cookies with filling ...
put the oreo cookies in mixing bowl n crush them the way u prefer until crumbly..after crush, add 2tbsp of melted butter..
fold everything together..then pour it into any container or springfoam pan than u wish to make the cake  ..
press the crush cookies onto the bottom of the prepared pan or container...

filling :-
250ml whipping cream chilled
beat until double in volume

100g cream cheese
3tbsp of confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together in a large bowl until smooth and well combined.

then add in whipping cream into the cream cheese bowl n mix all well together...

now. break some oreo cookies into small pieces, n add into cream cheese n fold everything together...
then fill in the cream cheese into the container..

last but not least, top it off with oreo cookies chunks,decorate it the way u like it...

Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.

easy recipes, easy way to make n suprise me , it taste good n ya, it look good too...lolx...

2 pcs of bread
few slice of cucumber
1 pc of cheese
few cocktail hotdog (cut into slice)
an egg
 few drops of mayonise for deco

i replace the ham to hotdog..
because i not able to find ham at home..haha...but it taste good too..lolx..

 Im in love with fruit juice lately..
mayb bcoz im trying to avoid for too much of caffeine...

i try out lots of mix n match fruit juice n im having lots of fun with it..

no harm for u all to try out at home for a drinks...

MOJITO


 Im not sure, since when im in love with mojito..
seriously in love with it..
whenever i go, i do wish to have at least a glass of mojito..
especially during my travelling period...

from malacca to kl, to Bangkok .to phuket and etc....

So i decided to make it at home instead of paying much juz for a glass of cocktail...

Mojito cocktail consider an easy recipes compare with other cocktail...

so to make it more wonderful, i bought some material to make my mojito more wonderful..hehe

the recipes...

10 fresh mint leaves
1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges
2 tablespoons white sugar, or to taste
1 cup ice cubes
1 1/2 fluid ounces white rum/ mojito barcadi
1/2 cup club soda

Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice. Add 2 more lime wedges and the sugar, and muddle again to release the lime juice. Do not strain the mixture. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour the rum over the ice, and fill the glass with carbonated water. Stir, taste, and add more sugar if desired. Garnish with the remaining lime wedge.

Fried Seaweed Crackers


no more nga ku this year...
slightly too expensive, hard to find n the main reason is too many work...
bcoz im left handed, end up is not easy for me to cut or to slide the nga ku..
*not even my hubby as he is left handed too*...lolx

so i decided to make something new this year..
browse around the google blog search, n i decided to grab this..
the Fried Seaweed Crackers...
