Fried Seaweed Crackers


no more nga ku this year...
slightly too expensive, hard to find n the main reason is too many work...
bcoz im left handed, end up is not easy for me to cut or to slide the nga ku..
*not even my hubby as he is left handed too*...lolx

so i decided to make something new this year..
browse around the google blog search, n i decided to grab this..
the Fried Seaweed Crackers...

easy, fast n cheap...

German cookies...


 2nd chinese new year cookies recipe that i get from website...

they call it German cookies...

it look great n again i have to say,
not hard yoo....

 125g butter, soften at room temperature
40g icing sugar
125g potato flour (马铃薯粉)
80g cake flour (can be replaced by plain flour)


Method
1. Beat butter and icing sugar till light and fluffy. Sift in potato starch and flour, mix to form soft dough.
2. Roll into small ball, arrange on lined baking pan and press lightly with a fork.
*To prevent cookie dough from sticking on fork, dip the fork in water before each use.
3. Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 15 minutes. (do not bake till cookies turn brown).

1st cookies done ...
n this time no more doggie cookies, but corn flakes cookies..
lots of friend ask if im selling ..???
sorry to tell ya, the answer is no..
im not qualified yet to sell to anyone...only for myself n family member...hehehe...

anyway, im here to share the recipes that i get from webpage to everyone..

feel free to have a try at home...
its really easy...

[Ingredients]
85g (1/3 cup) butter
85g (about 1/3 cup) white granulated sugar
30g (1 tablespoon) honey
140g (4 cups) corn flakes
[Preparation]
1. Preheat oven to 150°C.
2. Line a 24-hole patty pan with paper cases.
3. Melt butter, sugar and honey over low heat together in a large saucepan until frothy.
4. Add corn flakes and stir through quickly to coat evenly.
5. Working quickly, spoon into paper patty cases.
6. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.

 i can make more than 3 bottle 1 night...
