Ingredients
- 1 red pumpkin (chopped in small block sized pieces)
- 1 onion (chopped very finely)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- cream (optional)
Method
- Add butter in a saucepan and fry the chopped onions. Once onion turns a little translucent add the chopped pumpkin. Let it cook for sometime on slow heat.
- Then add water and bring the vegetables to a blow. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the vegetables are cooked let them cool. Grind them in a blender. Reheat in the same saucepan. Add some cream to taste. Serve with hot garlic bread.
