Multiply transfer post-homemade coconut shake

homemade coconut shake...

after try on the famous coconut shake at klebang malacca, i decided to shake it myself.. i mean shake the coconut.. wahahaha..

easy homemade coconut shake ..
the shop owner actually made the coconut shake infront of customer although they not allow me to take photo..but i can see what they put for this shake..hehehe..i guess im correct for all the ingredient that they put.. n i have a try at home..wakakakak..

here come the recipes of mine* i guess itu saja yang saya perlukan for this coconut shake *

1st -of cos the coconut...

 

 take out all the coconut meat and the coconut juice~



then pour it all to ur blender, add ice and sugar *if u like ur coconut shake to be more sweet*...
blend for 1-2 minutes time untill smooth...

then,
add 2-3 scoop of vanilla ice-cream into the blender n blend and mix again together with the coconut juice until smooth.. *if u like vanilla so much, u can add more *...


and after blend... u can serve ur coconut shake now by pouring it into ur favourite glasses~

bcoz this coconut shake's colour look too plain for me.. so i decided to put some strawberries as a topping up...hahah...juz for fun to make it more colourful...
