one person one fish

 i have been hear about this restaurant few years back but no time to pay a visit there as its located at rawang...

 but not now.... Lan Je Restaurant already open many branches around klang valley..

sis decided to treat me dinner at Lan JIe Restaurant at Aman Puri..

 
  
Lan Jie Restaurant famous food, ''the steamed fish''...
they used to served one person with 1 fish....
  一人一鱼 will only have 1 cooking style which is steamed fish but with 3 different level of spiciness...
non spicy, mild or extra spicy...
 if im not mistaken, the spiciness is base on the amount of the cut chilli that steam together with the fish..

with the topping of garlic, ginger, paste sauce ,soy sauce,cili padi ,n also the timing of the fish that steam, will bring a very perfect result...

the cut chilli is a must for all chinese restaurant...



food is ready to be served...
