dessert of the day..

bought 2 pack of taro ball all the way from taiwan...
it taste good n easy to cook...

i add in taro ball together with my fan shu thong sui....
this is my 2nd time cook ... still im loving it..hehehe

Homecook taro ball+ gula Melaka + sweet potato tong shuii

 step for taro ball :
step 1 : Bring water to a boil. Pour it into the pot.
step 2 : put in taro ball and let it continue to boil.  They are cooked when they float in the water.scoop the taro ball into small bow.

step for sweet potato tong shui
step 1 : Bring water to a boil. Pour it into the slow cooker.
step 2 : Wash the ginger, and smash it slightly with a handle of a cleaver or chopping knife or anything hard.
step 3 :  sweet potato, peeled and cut into bite-sized.
step 4 :  then add all the ginger n sweet potato into the slow cooker...
step 5 : add gula melaka .
step 6  : lastly, add  the taro ball into slow cooker...

dessert can be served after 1 hour...
