Melaka Nite Outing

Weekday Melaka Nite life is kinda of bored..
not much place v can hang out ...
n notting much stuff v can do...

 so i decided to ask hubby accompany me out for some photoshooting...
not much photo taken...
coz im kinda of lazy..hehe

hope my photo shooting spirit come back to me again soon...

Lots of Japanese Restaurant newly open at Melaka town...

this time v try out this restaurant...

V reach the restaurant around 6 somethings in the evening n thank god not much customer that time..
but 1 thing v r not really happy about is, their staff r not well train on their own menu n recipes...

anyway,back to their menu...
the food that v order...

grill chicken, grill ham n etc...
taste good...








Ruebern all time favourite udon ramen set...
i personally think the udon taste so so...
n their tempura r really less compare to other restaurant...



the shashimi set...
im not going to recommend the shashimi to other..not sure about their lastest shashimi.. but im 1st time experience really not so good..
the shasimi not really fresh,not juicy enough and not cold enough...
shashimi in warm temperature, don ya think abit weird..??







last but not least the best food i have in this restaurant is their shabu shabu pork...



 

well, the meat is thin enough n fresh...
n the shabu shabu soup taste good..
never forget, their sauce taste good too...
will go again for their shabu shabu...

2013 juz not my year..

ppl say, mousey zodiac is good this year...
lots of good stuff will happen...
but , my past half year of 2013 going thru with lots of problem..

when im hoping for a better entire half year of 2013...
things seems going worse..

Lots of unwanted stuff happen..
its only the 4th day of july now..
but i already feel the bad winds blowing toward me..

2 days ago, receive a very very bad n unwanted new, saying that aunty is leaving the world to another paradise...its sad to hear that..RIP aunty... we will miss u forever..

n yesterday early in the morning, realize that our car side front window broke down by thief...
the stupid thief take away my hubby's sunglasses which i juz bought to him last month as our 10 anniversary ...ish!!!!

what else im going to face soon..
hate this feeling..

where is my luck..????

Too little time

 Too much things happen, too little time to settle...

I'm going to have our traditional wedding ceremony this year end...
but yet lots of stuff need to settle..
lots of stuff need to handle..
n lots of stuff need to talk with..

n b4 our wedding ceremony,
v will going to move in to our new home..
yet lots of thing to complain n to inspect b4 sign the contract..
lots of thing to buy ..
lots of things to settle b4 move in..

n b4 settle all the wedding ceremony n new house , lots of things happen around us...

sis going to deliver a bb girl soon..but on the same time, sister's mother in law admitted hospital n now still coma.. (sad)..pray hard for her hopefully she stay strong n get well soon...

my future sis in law facing some financial problem n v r still helping her for looking for a better job in melaka..

hubby not so happy with his current job..

keep receiving bad news from friends..
RIP for ppl who already go to another fantastic world...
god blesss u all..

no idea since when i become a consultant around my friends and family..
receive lots of call from friends n they seems facing problem like me too..
im not an open heart ppl to say out my problem to others..
but i consider myself as a good listener ..
im trying my best to listen to their family problem , financial problem n also their relation problem..
im trying my best to give them my advise n hope for their best..
but on the same time, i need a break too..
i found no one to listen to me sometimes..
of coz ppl will ask me to go for hubby, but.. i don think everything can be talk with him although he is my the other half ...
i need a break seriously...

lots of bad stuff happen around me..

too much things happen..
n i have no idea to handle all..

MOJITO

 Im not sure, since when im in love with mojito..
seriously in love with it..
whenever i go, i do wish to have at least a glass of mojito..
especially during my travelling period...

from malacca to kl, to Bangkok .to phuket and etc....







So i decided to make it at home instead of paying much juz for a glass of cocktail...

Mojito cocktail consider an easy recipes compare with other cocktail...

so to make it more wonderful, i bought some material to make my mojito more wonderful..hehe



the recipes...

10 fresh mint leaves

1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges

2 tablespoons white sugar, or to taste

1 cup ice cubes

1 1/2 fluid ounces white rum/ mojito barcadi

1/2 cup club soda

Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice. Add 2 more lime wedges and the sugar, and muddle again to release the lime juice. Do not strain the mixture. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour the rum over the ice, and fill the glass with carbonated water. Stir, taste, and add more sugar if desired. Garnish with the remaining lime wedge.

lousy chef in action..

I Believe, if a girl/boy willing to cook at home for her/his partner more often,
this will improve their relationship ...

n my man love home cook food...
we been 10 years together, although im a lousy chef, but i will try my best to cook for him...SOMETIMES....lolx...

n this time, its spaghetti dinner...

Hubby not really into western food but sis n I, love it...
since is majority win, hubby need to follow..hahaha

again , v choose Movida for our dinner time...
why..??? bcoz happy hour (b4 8.30pm) , beer buy 1 free 2 while house wine buy 1 free 1...
at least hubby can enjoy his drink there...hehehe
 the food price is reasonable too...

well, the taste ...as usual, a western food like other restaurant..
but u can have a try on their pizza..
taste real good..

My Valentine 2013

 It's our 10th Valentine this year, n It's our 1st Valentine as husband n wife...
We din celebrate outside...
but v make it at home...

Since hubby need to work on this day,i decided to cook at home...
google the recipes around  n ya, i decided to make a western dinner ...
shop alone at market n start my cooking job in da kitchen since noon until dinner time..
hehe
satisfied with the job ..
